1. Safety - cannot stress this point enough. I have traveled across all tier 1 cities and quite a few tier 2 and 3 cities and some rural areas as well. Have traveled alone as well. Never have I felt even minutely unsafe. 2. I have lived in 2 Tier 1 cities.
