I just spent months handwriting a 200 page guide on the entirety of ML foundations and math from scratch. The guide features: - Neural Nets (Backprop, Adam, SGD, Batch Norm) - ML Algorithms (SVM, Grad Boosting, K-means, PCA) - Hardware (Tensor Cores, Systolic Arrays, CUDA) - Transformers (Multi-Head Attn, KV Cache, LoRA) - Vision (ViT, Convolutions, MAE, IoU, NMS, VLM) - Agents (OpenClaw, ReAct, Memory, Orchestration) Everything I wish I had years ago, for free.

ai layoffs are getting out of hands so I built “I GOT FIRED” button 🚨 one click, and it makes entire company codebase public, pushes .env secrets to public repo, drops staging db and finally notifies my lawyer 🙂 I hope I never need it but it’s ready 👍🏻

Never accept a counteroffer—even if it’s a 100% hike. Being in HR, I’ve seen this play out more times than you think. A candidate I was hiring for was earning 100,000. He got a new offer of 170,000, a solid jump. But within 15 minutes of the offer letter hitting his inbox, he backed out. His current company dangled a 190,000 counter-offer and he accepted it immediately. Fast forward 4 months… The same candidate messaged me again. His company had laid him off and replaced him with a cheaper resource. His message started with: Hi sir, I’m really sorry… do you have any openings? This is exactly why I keep saying this: 👉 A counter-offer is not a reward. It’s a strategy to buy time until they find someone cheaper. 👉 Loyalty doesn’t magically increase with money. 👉 If they valued you, they wouldn’t wait until your resignation to pay you fairly. Please don’t fall for counter-offers. It looks like a win… until it isn’t.

Reality you will never get hired from x remember that instead of slop posting here and begging for job maybe spend some time building good products and oss on your GitHub optimize it maybe copy a product if you want but it should be a better version and try to promote it here. Job will be a byproduct. I know this sounds simple but this is the reality which everyone is ignore. There is no substitute for hard work. Also never take any advice from anyone here especially those who put hft blah blah bullshit on there bio or proudly add some random stuff, because most of them do not have any incentive to help.

Accha listen, I don’t want to say this publicly but I have to say it. He has already wasted 1.5 months. If my recruitment team starts the process again today, that’s another 1-2 months gone. The role is urgent. So you think this guy did the right thing. Fair enough. Let me walk you through something first. Now you’re saying founders have no power and candidates have all the power. You’re assuming founders have no option. Hear me out.👇 If I really wanted to exercise power, I would ask the team to match the 36 LPA, ask him to join tomorrow, keep the hiring process running quietly, and replace him in 2-3 months once we find someone better. The new development wouldn’t stop. The team would keep moving. The cost difference for a couple of months is negligible. Do you know what the consequence would be? He might end up accepting an offer below 25 LPA. Because once he spends one or two months again in the market, desperation kicks in and people start accepting whatever comes. But listen, I don’t do these kinds of things. I’m not interested in playing that game. Just because someone chooses not to use their power doesn’t mean they don’t have it.

> To all the people in 2nd semester thinking of starting DSA through some tutorial or course - > I'd suggest something different. > Start competitive programming. > Pick Codeforces, start solving problems, and learn whatever is required along the way. Focus on building logic by solving more and more problems. > As for interview-specific DSA topics that aren't usually asked in CP - you can ignore them for now. If you stay consistent and build strong problem-solving skills, you'll be good enough to cover that interview-focused content in 1-2 months when the time actually comes. > So instead of obsessing over courses, sheets, or perfectly structured roadmaps - just get your hands dirty and start solving problems. > No need for any sheet at this stage. And please, dev-maxers, stay away from this post. 🙏🙏
