Excited to share that I recently joined @OpenAI 🚀 First, I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing @omni team. It was an honor to be in the trenches with y’all and I’m excited to keep cheering the team on for all that’s ahead. I’m joining OpenAI to help lead their forward deployed engineering teams. The world is rapidly changing as frontier models continue to improve at an accelerating rate and I wanted to have a front-row seat to the action. It’s very exciting to be reunited with so many friends from Columbia, Palantir, and Explo, now as coworkers (again). There is so much to do, there is so much demand, but there are not enough people. A day in the life of an OAI FDE might include: 1️⃣ Embedding deeply with customers and shipping outcomes 2️⃣ Contributing customer learnings back to product 3️⃣ Building evals from the field and partnering with research to improve our models If this sounds exciting to you, please DM or email me! (we are also aggressively hiring for other roles across the entire organization!)

The last time the Knicks won an NBA Finals game was June 21, 1999. For context: • Napster had launched 20 days earlier • Red Hat had just announced its IPO plans • Internet-related companies made up 60% of all IPOs that year (dot-com bubble incoming) Game 1's Knicks starters were this old in June 1999: • Josh Hart: 4 years old • Karl-Anthony Towns: 3 years old • Jalen Brunson: 2 years old • Mikal Bridges: 2 years old • OG Anunoby: 1 year old 🤯 Rooting for the Knicks this series, but ofc go Dubs

palantir gave folks 20% if they hit 18 months back in 2017
We just introduced a program at Lovable that gives each person in the team a 10% raise on their 1st anniversary. Because people get more valuable the longer they stay, and they shouldn't have to worry about getting a raise or not.

this was powerful cheers to Carroll Crater
The Artemis II crew named a lunar crater after Commander Reid Wiseman's late wife, Carroll. What a beautiful and touching moment. I'm not crying, you're crying 🤧

in 2017, palantir had a slider that showed how much your equity was worth at very high valuations (that it has now surpassed!)
omg my friend just got a job offer from a company that includes a little slide on how much her equity would be worth at different company valuations including $150 BILLION 😂☠️
