DCPS has 4 schools at Education Hill - a known traffic nightmare on a good day. This am, our bussed students arrived to our swing space at 11:30 am. Families sat on 26th Street for 2 HOURS.

Congress regularly uses the Spending Clause to encourage behavior it can’t compel—like building roads or providing healthcare to those who can’t afford it.
That’s not a scam; it’s the Constitution.
