My open rate dropped from 42% to 41.8%. I knew someone was sabotaging me.
Turns out it was Google Calendar. Two clients booked me for the same hour. Both unsubscribed when I didn’t show.
That’s the Calendar Tax. Not a sales problem. A physics problem.
