AI has characteristics in common with cloud. Even if you were sold on cloud becoming a big deal, a lot of the details that many accepted ended up being basically wrong. I've posted my thoughts on some of the aspects of AI where surprises might lurk .

A practice I've run into recently that I'm not fond of is confirming purchase of tickets to a show but not actually emailing you the tickets until maybe a couple of days prior. I can imagine *some* logic but I don't love having those kinds of loose ends when traveling.
