En la grabación se observa a un grupo uniformado que manifiesta ser de los llamados Autodefensas Conquistadores de la Sierra (ASCN). En el video, el grupo lanza amenazas directas contra motociclistas y conductores de vehículos, utilizando sonidos amplificados. Señalan que actuarán contra quienes realicen piques ilegales, maniobras peligrosas como el stunt en motocicletas, circulen sin placas o alteren el orden público con música a alto volumen. Asimismo, advierten que retendrán motocicletas, retirarán vehículos involucrados en estas conductas y que tomarán acciones para “poner orden” en la ciudad.
