Perhaps your organisation already provides work experience for young people, but have you considered running work experience for vision impaired young people?
This is something Dolphin has introduced, and we can't recommend it highly enough! In collaboration with
@blindinbusiness we ran our second week of work experience recently, for a group of 14 students.
Held virtually via Microsoft Teams, the students learned more about working in the Support, Marketing and Testing departments at Dolphin, with a range of tasks and activities to complete throughout the day. Communication and feedback sessions were held with the Dolphin Team throughout the day, and the standard of work from the students was outstanding.
