The October 2025 issue of Combat Aircraft Journal contains my article about the U.S. Air Force’s “Doomsday Plane” — the Boeing E-4B Nightwatch National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC) — and its future successor, the E-4C Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC).
