今日得たAzureの知見
・AppServicePlanに複数AppService乗せた状態でスケールアウトすると、乗せたAppServiceの数×インスタンス数の料金がかかる。
・AppServicePlanにVNet統合した状態でスケールアウトした時に、サブネットのIPアドレス範囲が足りないとスケールアウト出来ない。

別のリソースグループを東日本で作ると、問題なくAZありAppServicePlan作れる。なんか特定のリソースグループだけ作れないみたい。なんだろう、これは

Dear @davidfowl , I have ported our CPU intensive #dotnetcore 2.2 engine from windows AppServicePlan to AKS linux containers and experienced some 20%-30% perf drop. :-(
I will investigate further, but is this some know phenomenon?
