‘ਜਗ ਬਾਣੀ’ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਅਸਰ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਸੂਬਾਈ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ’ਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ’ਚ ਅਣਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਮੁਸਾਫ਼ਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਟਰੈਵਲ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਣ-ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਟੈਕਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਚਲਾਨ ਕੱਟਣ ਦਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ’ਚ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਨੀਤੀ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ’ਚ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ‘ਬਲਾ-ਬਲਾ’ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਟੈਕਸੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਲੀਏ ਨੂੰ ਚੂਨਾ ਲਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਐਪਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਿਰਾਏ ’ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਟੈਕਸੀਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕੰਜਾ ਕੱਸਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਸਾਲ 26 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ‘ਜਗ ਬਾਣੀ’ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਵਿਸਤ੍ਰਿਤ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਰ ਪੁਲਿੰਗ ਐਪ ਬਲਾ-ਬਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ੂਮ ਆਦਿ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਟੈਕਸ ਚੋਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਮੋਟਰ-ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ‘ਬਲਾ-ਬਲਾ’ ਐਪ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ’ਚ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਐਪ ’ਚ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਮੋਟਰ-ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ’ਚ ਉਹ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਜਾਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲੀ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬੁੱਕ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਤੇਲ ਦੇ ਖਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਬੱਚਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਸਾਫ਼ਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੱਸ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਕਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਸਸਤਾ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਵੀ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਐਪ ’ਤੇ ਚੱਲਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੈ | ਇਹ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਕੁਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ। ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਲਾਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਐਗਰੀਗੇਟਰ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਹੀਕਲ ਐਗਰੀਗੇਟਰ ਡਰਾਫਟ ਰੂਲਜ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਅਧੀਨ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਨਿਯਮ ਤਹਿਤ, ਓਲਾ, ਉਬੇਰ, ਬਲਾ-ਬਲਾ, ਇਨ ਡਰਾਈਵ, ਰੈਪੀਡੋ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਕੈਬ ਤੇ ਟੈਕਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣੇ ਹਨ। #Tax #blahblah #taxis #Punjab #appdriven
