The 30th celebration of La Cosecha conference was truly unforgettable. The organizers did an amazing job! Los sembradores of this conference were the pioneers of an amazing conference that empowered teachers over the years to share a space where authentic collaboration takes place. What is your story?... In education, collaboration is the key to success. It's not just about attending a PD, following guidelines, or implementing strategies from a book. The real power lies in the strong bonds we create with our students, teachers, and partners in education. I'm proud to continue collaborating with a passionate partner like mi amigo and outstanding leader, Mr. David Garcia from Twain Dl Academy. Together, we experienced the daily impact of opening a school and refining systems in the early stages, back when we were a small group of three, validating the 'say, walk the talk'! But it's the strong bond we've created back then, that made this journey truly special. I'm excited to continue this collaboration with many school districts redesigning effective dual language programs because ultimately, we are shaping the future generation of our communities.
