The post is using the nba definition for clutch LMAO. The reason its since 1997 is because thats how far the data for basketballreference goes. You have zero clue how any of this works why do you insist on giving a take?

Basketballreference. I get that you've got an axe to grind, and that you feel strongly about this. But the numbers say that they should just play those 3 together more, and that's probably the issue more than anything else with the team.

Also there is something very fucking weird about BasketballReference changing the whole BPM formula after Westbrook set the all time record because it didn’t pass the “smell test” But not changing shit after Jokic has had the highest DBPM in the league for almost a decade

Z graczy bardziej współczesnych: nr 3: Lou Williams (Clippers, 2018-19) -> 1485 punktów nr 5: JR Smith (Knicks, 2012-13) -> 1446 nr 6: Jamal Crawford (Hawks, 2009-10) -> 1425 Źródła: BasketballReference i StatMuse

That’s fair I just don’t trust their shooters in high intensity situations; In other news I was looking at basketballreference and saw that Wemby is shooting both more threes and making a higher percentage than both his point guards, dude’s kinda good at basketball

How many wizards games have you actively sat down and watched start to finish? Or are you basing the entirety of your opinions on what’s on Basketballreference?

Wilt Chamberlain scored 41 points on Feb. 14, 1966 and became the NBA’s all-time scoring leader (20,884 points), passing Bob Pettit. That wasn’t even his best Valentine’s Day game. On Feb. 14, 1962: — 42 PTS — 27 REB Wilt is one of just three players in NBA history with multiple 40-point games on Valentine’s Day (Bob McAdoo, Kevin Durant) Very fitting that the man rumored to have thousands of “partners” is also one of the greatest Valentine’s Day performers ever. I'm seeing some discourse on this app about Jalen Brunson taking too many shots and that's coming from people who either don't watch the games or have no memory or just gargle and spit basketballreference stats. Against good teams -- who tend to be more motivated on defense with better individual defenders, who don't allow as many transition attempts and (surprise, surprise) tend to have a better record against the Knicks -- he's very often the only Knick who can create his own shot in the halfcourt. It's a dead end when others try and guess who has to bail them out? On top of that, the idea that the best player in the clutch for the last two years -- who was the best and most clutch player in series against the Cavs, Heat, Sixers, Pistons and Celtics -- should give up the ball in crunch time is very much a losing idea. Did he miss shots against the Pacers? Yes. Is he still the best option to win that game? Absolutely.

Dakota Mathias will always be a legend in Philly for this🔥 #Sixers #76ers #PhillySports #NBATwitter #SixersHistory #BasketballReference #Stathead
Paul George just became the 2nd 76ers player ever to record a game with 9 threes 5 rebounds 5 assists The only other 76er to do it? Danny Green in 2021 That game went to OT and 76er legend Dakota Mathias hit the winner on his only made shot of the night
