I've finished accumulating my position in IIQ and wanted to share why I’m genuinely excited about the story. After reviewing the latest quarterly, company presentations, and recent YouTube videos (especially Leearne Hinch’s updates), the progress is clear. They’re methodically de-risking both the EXO-OC ovarian cancer screening test and their CAR-exosome therapeutic platform. The March quarterly showed a solid cash balance (~$11.9m), controlled burn, and steady advancement across the pipeline. The standout item for me is the recent study referenced by Mercy BioAnalytics’ CSO (Toumy G.). It’s the same research led by Professor Carlos Salomon (UQ professor and scientific advisor to Inoviq). The study showed that EV-based classifiers significantly improved sensitivity and specificity when combined with CA-125, with strong performance maintained across plasma and serum samples. This directly supports Inoviq’s exosome approach and reinforces the potential of their EXO-OC test as a genuine game-changer for early ovarian cancer detection. Near-term catalyst: The expanded ~2,000 sample EXO-OC study results are due in June 2026 — this is the big one that could validate the test’s real-world performance. Investment Thesis IIQ sits at the sweet spot of a high-conviction exosome platform: a potentially best-in-class early detection test for one of the deadliest cancers a novel CAR-exosome therapeutic program that could offer major advantages over traditional cell therapies. They have strong scientific backing, growing EXO-NET commercial traction, and a clear path toward LDT commercialisation in the US. Of course, it’s still biotech — execution risk, further funding needs, and clinical/regulatory hurdles remain. However, with the science continuing to stack up and key data readouts imminent, I believe the risk/reward is very attractive at current levels. Happy to be a long-term holder here. #IIQ #ExosomeTech #OvarianCancer

Gustitus, TS/SCI cleared Operations Research Analyst within the 711th Human Performance Wing, the same organization that runs applied cognitive neuroscience, tDCS brain stimulation research, and directed energy bioeffects programs, the operational inheritor of every classified EM-to-biology program the CIA was translating from Soviet research in the 1970s. Casias, LANL administrative assistant, inside the same institution that runs genomics and bioanalytics for national security biosurveillance, multi-omics research, DNA data storage, and pathogen signature discovery, rooted in their foundational role in the Human Genome Project. Reza, a materials scientist whose superalloy work fed directly into AFRL propulsion programs, specifically through McCasland’s command of the Space Vehicles Directorate and Phillips Research Site at Kirtland, the same base that also houses AFRL’s Directed Energy Directorate, the physical infrastructure layer underneath every directed energy and bioeffects delivery system that needs a platform. McCasland, the former AFRL commander who controlled the budget ecosystem, funding all of it, directed energy, advanced materials, and human performance. Loureiro, plasma physicist and Los Alamos Ulam Distinguished Scholar, whose magnetic reconnection and plasma turbulence work underpins the physics of directed energy systems, and who was actively developing quantum computing algorithms for plasma simulation, which is exactly the AI-physics convergence layer these programs need to move from experimental to operational. Grillmair, running sensor validation and instrument characterization for the same infrared detection pipeline that, in a military context, maps directly onto the targeting and tracking backbone for directed energy delivery and adversarial space object surveillance Put it all together, and you get a map and the ability to build the programs I've been posting about for the past 3 years. It boils down to Neuroweapons/DEW, AI, and genetics/cognitive enhancement/manipulation.
🇺🇸 A rocket scientist tied to a missing Air Force general with alleged UFO links has reportedly disappeared under similar circumstances. At least 6 people connected to the same U.S. defense research network are now dead or missing within a year. The cases include Monica Jacinto Reza, an aerospace engineer linked to next-gen rocket tech, and retired Air Force Gen. William McCasland, who disappeared 8 months before under similar circumstances Yeah… that’s a pattern people are definitely going to question. Source: New York Post

Yup. Making electroporators, bioreactors, tissue culture incubators, hoods, protein purification equipment, bioanalytics… so many little things that are otherwise stuck in 80-90s tech with reskinned software, and repackaged for max profit. The day of reckoning has come and now biotech is dominated by CROs..
