I've spent most of yesterday collecting the original Isle of Man filings relating to the earliest Cardano Foundation structure.
Trying to be as charitable and document-driven as possible, the records appear to show that the original Isle of Man foundation involved Charles Hoskinson, Jeremy Wood, Ken Kodama, and a corporate services provider. The founder's identity remains redacted in the public filings, as well of the Enforcer.
More interestingly, later filings show Charles Hoskinson serving as the Foundation's "Enforcer."

A full week in London starting with our @xapobankapp members event in Trafalgar on Tuesday. It was so great to see a few of our friends and colleagues Jannah Patchay, Chrissy Hill, @Caro_Malcolm, @BitcoinByte, Deborah Cleary, @korbsh, @jamesbowater, @jamietrinidad, @KateGoesTech, @Peterlane1985, @DecentraSuze, Samuel Hard, CFA and @Rebelx_o.
@SeamusRocc opened the evening with an overview of our journey to become a BTC and Blockchain native Bank...not easy but we've learnt and developed so much along the way as an industry standard.
This was followed by our private industry experts dinner and discussion on Wednesday, chaired by Tommy Doyle. Thursday, we enjoyed the @FasanaraCapital charity ball before their great event on Friday, hosted by @NikitaAFadeev. @SeamusRocca covered the 2026 crypto cycle and Tommy Doyle the strategies and risks around BTC strategic allocations (which we have been doing since 2013). Great sessions
