これについてソースコードを見たところ、TileTickフェーズとBlockEventフェーズの間に、クライアントへBlockUpdateのパケットを送る処理が入っていました。
確認バージョンは1.21.4です。

プレイヤーインプットだと無遅延リピーター挟むとフェンスゲートの開閉に1gtの差が発生することは分かるんだけど、リピーター入力の場合に1gtの差が発生しているように見える原因がよく分からない...
処理上は同一Tick内で行っているようだけど...

the observer got added when they tried to patch qc and detecting block updates... hence it was a blockupdate detector before mojang knew how blockupdates work and they changed it to state change detector

Ich mag das neue Blockupdate SOOO GAR NICHT!
Hätte ich die gleiche Mentale Stabilität wie von Anfang 2024, würde ich jetzt hier in einer Dauer Panikattacke & Heulkrampf sitzen.

Ich glaube in dem Twitterkreis in dem ich mich bewege bin ich einer der wenigen denen dieses blockupdate recht egal ist. Allerdings habe ich mich auch bewusst dazu entschieden niemals wirklich meinungen nach außen zu tragen und somit hat man auch praktisch nie mit idioten zutun

例えばHaCの気候計算処理もバニラの処理とは関係なくやっているものをLivingEntityとかBlockUpdateのメソッド末尾にEventで差し込んでるだけなので、バニラの仕様変更の影響は受けることなく今まで来てる
気候によって起きる効果の方は（ブロックやエンティティの仕様に干渉するので）バリバリ影響を受ける

We released support for a small initial collection of Foundry environment Cheat-codes including:
- Deal: Distribute raw ether to any address
- Load: Load a storage slot contents from an account
- Store: Overwrites a storage slot of an account
- Blockupdate: Increment the block

To clarify, IBC can still work with BTP blocks (currently in the works). It's about how often you need to update the client. There's no wasted gas on empty blocks submitted, so every blockUpdate is paid at the time of transfer. Testnet contracts below:

Mid-term solution...
There are other ways to lower the cost of the BMV blockUpdates through more development. The leading plan is to only verify signatures on the final block of a blockUpdate rather than every block. The NEAR BTP integration team is implementing/testing this.
