Water is now being released from Utah Lake. It'll flow down the Jordan River into the Great Salt Lake. But, even at 300-million gallons a day, will it make a difference for Great Salt Lake water levels? We're doing a story on this for @KSL5TV tonight in our 4 and 6:00 newscasts.

The @utahsenate Natural Resources Committee has unanimously forwarded Brian Steed as Great Salt Lake Commissioner and @MillcreekUT Mayor @JeffSilvestrini to the Utah Air Quality Board to the entire Senate.

UDOT claims that no matter what style of transit they run up the cottonwoods, including buses, there will never and can never be service to trailheads.
That seems like BS on its face, am I missing something? A bus can't stop at a trailhead?

From my calculations, it would only take 3 years to get GSL back up to average, if we piped in this water (and it continued this amount of output).
