CS for Health Reaffirms Government Commitment to Kenya BioVax During Embakasi Site Visit This morning, the Cabinet Secretary for Health, @HonAdenDuale, conducted an official visit to the @BioVaxInstitute Embakasi facility, underscoring the Government of Kenya’s firm commitment to strengthening local vaccine manufacturing and national health security. During the visit, the CS highlighted Kenya’s heavy reliance on imported vaccines and essential medicines, noting that lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic exposed the fragility of global supply chains and reinforced the need for sustainable domestic and regional manufacturing capacity. He emphasized that Kenya BioVax was established as a strategic national asset to address these gaps and to advance vaccine self-reliance in line with the Government’s health and industrial development priorities. The CS further reaffirmed continued Government and development partner support for BioVax, including significant investments in enabling works at the Embakasi facility and financing through the @WorldBankKenya –supported Health Emergency Preparedness, Response and Resilience (HEPRR) Programme. He noted that the completion of Phase I enabling works marks a critical transition toward active vaccine and biologics manufacturing, with Kenya now preparing for Phase II installation of fill-and-finish equipment and advanced quality-control laboratories. The visit reinforced BioVax’s role as the anchor institution for vaccine sovereignty, pandemic preparedness, and regional manufacturing leadership, aligned with @KenyaVision2030, the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda, and @AfricaCDC’s goal of achieving sustainable, Africa-led vaccine production. #KenyaBioVax #VaccineManufacturing #HealthSecurity #VaccineSelfReliance #LocalManufacturing #UHC #BottomUpEconomicTransformation #Vision2030 #AfricaCDC #PAVM #HEPRR #PandemicPreparedness #PublicHealth #MadeInAfrica #HealthSovereignty @MOH_Kenya @fnoluga @citizentvkenya @BD_Africa @NationAfrica @StandardKenya @WHOAFRO @KEMRI_Kenya @Kemsa_Kenya

The skills that make you successful when entering Web3… are the complete opposite of the skills needed to build something that lasts in Web3. Let me explain. When you’re starting out in this space, you do everything yourself. Research, posting, testing products, grinding, questing, designing, managing your account, creating connections everything rests on you. You care more than anyone else. You’re the only one awake at 2AM reading docs and tracking narratives. You make every decision because you don’t trust anyone yet. You’ve been rugged. You’ve seen projects disappear. You’ve met people who vanished once money entered the chat. And honestly… for Years 1–3, this “I must do everything myself” era is necessary. I went through it too. But when you decide to build something bigger than yourself a legacy product, a real Web3 brand, a scalable team, a system you must unlearn the very skills that helped you survive the early days. You stop doing everything alone. You start building systems, not stress. You delegate tasks and empower contributors. You trust people strategically instead of emotionally. You stop grinding blindly and start thinking long-term. You move from hustle → structure. From effort → strategy. From being “everywhere” → building a machine that works even when you’re offline. This shift usually begins around Year 4 the moment your name, your work, or your project begins gaining respect in the ecosystem. But here’s the problem: Most Web3 founders NEVER make this shift. They stay stuck in “day-one grind mode” for 15–20 years, and the brand they built becomes their prison. I’ve seen it across this industry: Founders who raised millions but still approve every tweet, every expense, every graphic, every partnership. Founders who can’t disappear for 48 hours without their project shaking. Founders who believe: “No one can do it like me.” “If I leave, everything will collapse.” And the sad truth? They’re not wrong. Because they never trained anyone to replace them. They never documented anything. They built projects that depended on their presence instead of their system. And when they finally leave… the project collapses with them. I don’t want that for myself. I don’t want that for anyone building in this space. We’re in a new era of Web3 where sustainability matters more than hype. Where teams matter more than noise. Where systems matter more than grinding. Even if you don’t join any mentorship, course, or community… Do this one thing for me: Comment: “I will build a legacy in Web3.” Then share this with a founder, researcher, dev, or creator who needs this reminder. It might save their entire journey. #web3founders #buildingforimpact #longgamebuilder #futurearchitect

Yes, $GTAN is my project—but let me be real with you, I don’t even have “enough” myself. Every little drop I manage to get, I quickly top up immediately. 💹🔥 I used to hold about 11 Trillion $GTAN, but I sold them all at just $2,500 so we could fund and push the wallet development. That was sacrifice for the bigger vision. Now, that same 11 Trillion $GTAN is worth about $12,000 today. 👀 But the plan is still clear— 👉 I will rise back on top. 👉 I must hold more than even the #SMCDAO wallet on this project. This is bigger than profit. It’s about vision, charity, and building something that will last. 🌍 #GTAN #Crypto #CommunityStrong #Sacrifice #BuildingForImpact

#15YearsOfSattva | In our efforts to build for the ecosystem, we established Sattva Knowledge Institute — a #knowledge platform that aims to guide decisions for impact and offer solutions through evidence-based #research. We believe that solutions for #impact are unlocked at the intersections of business, government, and philanthropic action. To this end, we held our first Annual Summit, bringing together Corporate Leaders, Investors, Policy Makers, Philanthropists, Entrepreneurs, and Social Organisations to co-create solutions for sustainable and inclusive development. The Summit facilitated conversations aimed at: — achieving Gender Equity in STEM — implementing water-resilient agriculture — solving climate issues using Digital Public Infrastructure and Open Network thinking — enabling non-profits to deliver impact at scale, and — improving women's healthcare. Read more about the Summit at sattva.co.in/ski-annual-summ… Learn more about Sattva Knowledge Institute at sattva.co.in/knowledge-insti… We have spent the last #15YearsOfSattva building for the impact ecosystem by consulting on and orchestrating frameworks that can be replicated and scaled, and offering knowledge and data platforms as public goods, as well as collaborative solutions. Thank you for following our journey and supporting us so we can continue to deliver high impact. #ContinuingToDeliverHighImpact #dataforimpact #impactconsulting #buildingforimpact #developmentframework #sustainableimpact #sustainabledevelopment #inclusivedevelopment #SKIAnnualSummit2024 #SKISummit2024 #SKIAnnualSummit
