How do we build more purpose-built rentals in Toronto? Had a great discussion this past week at the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations Conference @CFAA_FCAPI As Toronto's housing crisis worsens, it's important for the government to partner with the experts from across the country who know what’s needed to build the rental housing we need. Torontonians don’t need more targets or empty promises, they need housing. Working together, we can fix it 💪 @PaulCalandra @DavidColetto @GinnyRothTO @Sheryl_Erenberg @WyseMeter @HomeDepot @BuildingLink @Kijiji @Yardi @teamrentsync

Another business case of operational resilience impact to business survival. Today #BuildingLink property management system is in crisis. The trend forces Cyber recovery and IT continuity in business priorities across industries, beyond the critical services

I work in the management office of a condo in Toronto, Canada and this outage is really starting to worry us. We hope that all the data we entered into this system will still be there when it returns.

I've said the same thing to them, but they're intent on simply putting out generic updates. Their communication is terrible. If it's bad news, they should just tell us. As an IT professional, it's infuriating we keep getting generic updates.

With @BuildingLink being down for nearly 24 hours with basically 0 communication as to what happened and when it’ll be back, it’s made me realize: A. How much I use BL through the course of my workday & B. The dire need for an alternative and more reliable platform

I've absolutely LOVED getting back to work mode this week. I've started a few new and fun projects too - reading novels, writing blogs for BuildingLink International, and copy about storage in San Diego and getting found on Google. #BlogWriting #Copywriting #FreelanceLife

Not all systems are easy to use, and some don’t even have clear benefits. BuildingLink has everything managers and residents could want, PLUS it’s simple to use. buildinglinkau.com.au/easy-t… . #BuildingSoftware #BuildingManagement #CommunityManagement
