1/2) There was something really special about our youth session ❤️ Every part of CATCH was alive with energy and purpose. The MUGA was full of sport and laughter, the farm and llama walks were in full swing, and the bus became a creative hub for arts and crafts thanks to The Pieces Project. Inside the Peace Sanctuary, our young apprentices and volunteers confidently led an away day presentation for our guests from Engage and Gordons Law Firm, while others quietly worked behind the scenes - sorting finance tasks, developing new training materials, and supporting one another. And because CATCH is like one big family, we even made time to celebrate a few birthdays 🎂 - reminding us that it’s not just about what we do, but how we come together to share moments that matter. What stood out most wasn’t just how busy it was, but how everyone found their place. Young people taking the lead, learning together, and showing what ownership looks like. It’s this sense of trust, belonging, and purpose that makes CATCH feel so alive. It’s not about being perfect - it’s about people. ✨Our annual end-of-summer holidays trip was the perfect way to celebrate an incredible few months with some of our amazing volunteers. 💥 What a week at CATCH! 💥 Our youth sessions have been buzzing with energy – packed with fun, friendships, and activities that bring people together 💛 From sports to creative sessions, our spaces have been alive with the spirit of community. 🎉 We also had a very special reason to celebrate… our incredible volunteer Finance Manager David turned 70! 🥳 David is the numbers wizard behind the scenes – the one keeping us ticking with spreadsheets, budgets, and all the important stuff no one sees but everyone depends on. He’s been with us through thick and thin, always calm, always kind, and always ready with a smile. We are so grateful for everything he does – happy birthday, David! 🧁🎂 ❤️ And with some joy comes a little sadness too, as we say goodbye (for now!) to two of our amazing young volunteers, Anum and Eshal. These two have brought so much heart, laughter, and care to CATCH. Whether helping on the farm, supporting youth sessions, or just being brilliant role models – they’ve truly been part of the CATCH family.
