It may not be that accurate. Many health organizations, including the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology (AAAAI) & the Canadian Society of Allergy & Clinical Immunology (CSACI), do not recommend IgG-based food sensitivity testing due to lack of scientific support.
