I am not going to say where but I knew someone that was a caddymaster at a high end private course in the northeast. He invited us once a year in early fall to play the course. He told us exactly who to tip and how much, and he always said "no more, no less". Each caddie got $75 per guy, double bags, and each twosome tipped the guy at the halfway house $20. Admittedly this was about 20 years ago. Someone very well known was a member there and he tipped 300 - 400 every time. The caddies used to fight to get his bag.

One thing - I think all caddies should be required- to never pick up a club that was thrown - not my job 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Had a caddymaster that would fire you - if he heard you picked up someone’s club (that was thrown)

I caddied a lot as a kid. If i'm at a place w/caddies, and I get to chat up the caddymaster ahead of time, I always offer to take a rookie out. Pay it forward. Had a great day with this lad at @carnoustiegolf . Caddy masters grandson, if I recall correctly.

I looped at a course in my teens that had an 89 yarder from the whites(102 tips) & we loved it. Hole in Ones always lead to more 💰 In 3 years my brother had 4 guys hit Aces. It was so well known @ the bar that guys would try to bribe the caddymaster to get my brother in tourny's

Gefühlt hat wieder jeder langes Weekend 😂 Und ich?Geh morgen Abend ab 18 Uhr und Freitag ab 03 Uhr. Und Samstag von 6-9:30 Schöner Mist wenn von 8 Leuten 3 krank sind und ausgerechnet alle beide Caddymaster nicht da sind. Da darf bis Montag jeder mal nen Abenddienst übernehmen
