🌏 4th Summer Evaluation Bootcamp
Held in Mongolia (7–11 June 2026), the 4thSummer Evaluation Bootcamp — co-organized by
@UNICEF, DEval-Institute, and the
@MonEvalAssoc — brought together 45 government officials and evaluation practitioners from six countries (Mongolia, Bhutan, China, Ethiopia, the Philippines, and Uzbekistan), the majority of whom were government officials, to strengthen evaluation capacity.

Robert McCouch, UNICEF Director of Evaluation, closed the high-level forum with a recorded message, reaffirming UNICEF’s commitment to advancing national evaluation systems. A highlight of the event was a 45‑minute fireside chat with Robert McCouch and Sven Harten, Deputy Director of DEval, reflecting on key progress, challenges, and leadership in strengthening national evaluation systems, while offering forward‑looking insights and practical advice to emerging evaluators.
