Pullups & shoulder presses. I haven't done these in a while. The L-sit is optional in the extended position. Coming out of the L-sit does not give any extra momentum at all. This is made to make it harder. #calisthenics#pullups#cleanreps

Or whatever you'd call them. They're not easy on this bar; it can hold lots of weight but there's a bit of back and forth sway. That makes it a great tool for training.
