In latpulldowns - Yes. I've been thinking of switching to chinups from pullups. Dorian Yates is a BIG advocate of doing back movements with a supine grip.

Ah, thanks a lot! πŸ˜… I used to be frail, but near the end of high school I got a pullup bar and just started doing lots of pullups & pushups. Began running later because it's fun & rewarding, but I only go to the gym to run twice a week. Calisthenics & cardio are key.

Really?! If this "deal" is anything like the so-called ceasefire that was in place for the last 2 months, then we're in real trouble. What does "ending military operations on all fronts" even mean? Didn't we decimate Iran's entire military? @realDonaldTrump Our military personnel may be able to do 100 pullups/pushups. But the IRGC needs just one 12-year-old suicide bomber to wreak havoc to any so-called peace plan. In Iran, No regime change = No peace deal.

Why are you impressed with terrible workout form? At least if he's gonna work out with the troops, he might want to learn how to do it. Not a single one of his videos shows good form; not bench press, pushups, pullups, OH presses, situps, grapevines (what a joke that was!), etc.

Fair enough, i just dont have a lot of time nowadays, i get my workouts where i can. A pullup station is enough for dips and pullups / chin ups. Im a big procrastinator though so i chose that so i wouldnt have an excuse not to.

10-12 is too much. I just do dips, pullups, squats, and forearm curls. That's it.

Pullups are a fun party trick. Last year I could only do 1 or 2. I found a good spot to do them at work. I do a 80% max effort set once a week.

i just started doing a set of 10 pullups and do 2 more after with support (band or the machine at my gym). figure i can get past failure like that... seems to be helping. for pushups, i do a prisoner's deck probably 4-5x a week right before my shower. 20 mins and gets 420 pushups. depending on suit, i do diamond, military, standard, or wide pushups. it's working type 2 fibers so i can still lift on alternate days
