It is the founder's job to find the right product before it can scale and pass it to other c-level/senior executives. Some founders still focusing on building products while pass on to other clevels to look at marketing and distributions. Finding the right initial products almost always the toughest one. We might be in the dark valley for a long time before we found the jack pot. It takes IMAN 3 years before finding the right products to scale. After hunting for many months. Those grind and hustle works of finding the right product to the mass market would determine the trajectory and growth of your company. So dont quit early. Wait till you eventually find it. My target for my new business is to find it less than 3 years (hopefully in 2 years iAllah). This means, what ever products that helps you get started would not necessarily be the kind of products that you can scale.
