Another great @INTEROPenAPI Hackathon, this time on Care Planning. Burned some midnight oil, hacked the @code4health #openehr API and presented possibly the smallest and least functional demo in @reactjs ever. Job done!

Thanks very much for the interest, but we're building the platform in OpenEHR to release as open source in a highly interoperable format for trusts to place the code within their own systems.
