@TeamYouTube I really need serious help regarding an issue on my YouTube channel because my upload functionality is still disabled even after more than 17 days, and I believe there may be a backend/system issue affecting my account.

Here is my full situation from the beginning:
On May 9, 2026, my channel received a Community Guidelines strike. I submitted an appeal, but unfortunately the appeal was rejected.
I completely understand and accept that the strike itself will remain on my channel for 90 days. My issue is NOT about strike expiration.
The real problem is that since the strike was issued, my video uploading functionality became disabled, and until today I STILL cannot upload videos on my channel.
According to YouTube’s official Community Guidelines strike policy:
• A FIRST strike restricts uploading privileges for 1 week.
• A SECOND strike within the same 90-day period restricts uploading for 2 weeks.
Official policy page:
support.google.com/youtube/a…
Now here is the important part about my case:
• My channel currently has ONLY ONE active strike
• There is NO second strike on my channel
• My previous strike was back in May 2025
• After that, I had no strikes until this current one
• The current strike was issued on May 9, 2026
• Today it has already been MORE THAN 17 DAYS
• Yet I STILL cannot upload videos
I also checked YouTube Studio and the strike dashboard multiple times. Based on the timelines shown there and based on YouTube policy itself, my upload functionality should already have been restored long ago.
One support message/screenshot even mentioned that uploading may be restored when the strike is removed, but according to YouTube’s own official policy:
- strikes remain for 90 days,
- while upload restrictions for a first strike should end after 1 week.
Otherwise this would mean creators cannot upload videos for the full 90 days after a first strike, which is not stated anywhere in YouTube’s official policy documentation.
That is why I strongly believe there may be:
• a backend synchronization issue
• a technical glitch
• or an incorrect restriction status on my channel
I already contacted YouTube Support many times and my case has also been escalated internally by a YouTube Support Manager, but my uploading functionality is still not restored.
This issue is seriously affecting my professional work and business because I already have collaboration videos prepared for clients, and those clients are continuously waiting for delivery. The delays have already become very serious for me professionally.
I am also attaching screenshots:
• from YouTube Studio
• support emails/replies
• and policy references showing the upload restriction timelines
Please kindly investigate my case carefully and restore my video uploading functionality as soon as possible so I can continue uploading videos normally again.
