๐ KYC & Ad Blockers โ Important Information
To ensure transparency and fairness for everyone, we would like to clearly explain the relationship between KYC and ad blockers.
โ Why are ad blockers not allowed for KYC?
Tokcoin helps fund platform operations partly through advertising.
If some users block ads, others are forced to view more ads to cover the same operating costs.
This is unfair, disrupts the systemโs balance, and goes against our community values.
๐ซ Which tools lead to KYC ineligibility?
Accounts using the following are not eligible for KYC:
โขBrowser-based ad blockers (e.g., AdBlock, uBlock)
โขDNS-based ad blockers (e.g., Pi-hole, AdGuard DNS)
โขAny other tools or configurations used to intentionally block ads or manipulate the system
โณ Is it enough to disable the ad blocker shortly before KYC?
No. What matters is long-term usage behavior.
Temporarily disabling an ad blocker shortly before KYC is not sufficient.
๐ Why was the KYC process postponed multiple times?
The changes were made to:
โขprevent abuse
โขensure fairness for active users
โขimprove long-term system security and stability
These decisions were made carefully and in the best interest of the community.
๐
When does KYC start?
The KYC launch is currently planned for mid to late June.
If an earlier start becomes possible, we will communicate it transparently.
โ
What can I do now to be eligible for KYC?
โขDo not use ad blockers or ad-blocking DNS services
โขUse Tokcoin actively, fairly, and consistently
โขBe patient and follow official updates
โน๏ธ Will my account be automatically excluded?
No. This is not about punishment, but about fairness, balance, and system stability.
Users who support Tokcoin properly over time have nothing to worry about.
