Hear hear, @AtmosTotnes took the power and used it; achieving #communityrighttobuild for an 8 acre derelict site left rotting by Dairy Crest. New owner @SaputoInc sold the site out from under community's feet at 11th hr. Communities can do this but #ethics must be in play.

Great blog @community_land @tom_chance- 'one way to change the whole nature of the housing industry would be to put communities in charge of building and stewarding homes and neighbourhoods. Or to put them into partnership with business and government.' Imagine the potential.
