This week, the @PERCepilepsy Advocacy Committee was proud to meet with Congressional offices on #CapitolHill to advocate for policies that support the #EpilepsyCommunity and advance pediatric #EpilepsyResearch.
Our discussions focused on key priorities, including continued #NIH funding for the #BRAINInitiative, support for the #CONNECTforHealth Act, and advancing a National Plan for Epilepsy to improve care, access, and outcomes for individuals and families impacted by epilepsy.
We are grateful for the opportunity to share the voices and experiences of the epilepsy community and to continue building meaningful relationships with policymakers committed to improving neurological health nationwide.
