I am writing this to warn fellow consumers about my recent experience with **Boldfit India**.
If you value your time and your money, look elsewhere for your fitness equipment.
### The Timeline of Frustration
* **Order Date:** May 31st, 2026
* **Current Date:** June 13th, 2026
* **Status:** Item not delivered.
* **Communication:** Absolute silence.
### The Issue
In a world of 10 minute deliveries this company has taken 2 weeks with product still undelivered.
I placed an order for a pull-up bar on May 31st. It has been nearly two weeks, and there is zero update on the shipment status. To make matters worse, their customer service team has completely **stopped responding**.
There is no excuse for taking a customer's money and then going "ghost" when asked for a simple status update. This is not just a delivery delay; this is **pathetic customer service** at its absolute worst.
### My Recommendation
**Do not buy from them.**
Save yourself the stress and the frustration of chasing a ghost company. There are plenty of other fitness brands that actually care about their customers and fulfill their orders on time.
I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.
