先日、5回目の受検でようやくICFのクレデンシャルエグザムに合格しました。その中で出会ったCore Competency Model。その条項に関する雑感を1つ1つポストしていきます。英語のニュアンスも大切にしたいので英語の表記も扱います。
今日は、A-1 Foundation「基盤を整える」
タイトル：Demontsrates Ethical Practice。
日本語訳は「倫理に基づいた行動をしていることを示している」。
定義：Understands and Consistently applies coaching ethics and standards of coaching.
コンプテンシーはすべて主語は抜けていますが、主語はすべてCoachで動詞から始まります。
コンピテンシーはよくピラミッド形で表現される。A-1はその一番下にある土台。コーチングの基盤です。
倫理と規範を理解するだけでなく、常にコーチの思考態度として体現する。あくまで行動まですることが大切なんだよ、ッと言っているように思います。
