🚢✈📦 Cyprus External Trade – February 2025 (provisional data)
▪ In February 2025, Cyprus recorded a strong rise in both imports and exports compared to the same month last year:
🔹 Imports: €1.027,2 mn
↗️ Up by 18,9% from February 2024
🔸 Exports: €476,4 mn
↗️ Up by 73,8% from February 2024
🧭 Trade with EU countries accounted for over half of imports, while most exports went to third countries.
🛳️ Exports included vessel transfers worth €78,2 mn.
▪ For the period January–February 2025, total imports were up by 24,8% (€2.160,7 mn as compared to €1.730,7 mn in Jan–Feb 2024) and exports were up by 55,9%(€913,3 mn compared to €586,0 mn in Jan-Feb 2024). The trade deficit was €1.247,4 mn in January–February 2025 compared to €1.144,7 mn in Jan-Feb 2024.
