At 10:33 PM, I received a message stating the complaint was 'Resolved.' This was a lie. My Smart Meter Hourly Data (attached) proves the supply was 0.00 kWh at that exact time and remained dead until 9:00 AM the next day. 2️⃣ Systemic Failure at Rayya Division: This isn't just a local error; it’s a failure of supervision by the Rayya Division authorities. To meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and show "fast service" to headquarters, officials are forcing staff to close complaints prematurely. How did the Rayya Division dashboard show 'Resolved' when the actual meter server was reporting zero consumption? 3️⃣ The "Planned Outage" Cover-up: After 14 hours of total blackout, power was restored for just 2.5 hours on 14-05-2026, only to be cut again for another 6 hours. This was then labeled a 'Planned Outage' in the system. As per PSERC norms, a planned outage requires a 24-48 hour prior notice. Using this label after the fact is a desperate attempt to legitimize a technical failure.
