Final Crate Assembly & Packing | Custom Water Feature (Part 10)
In the final stage, we complete the custom tradeshow crate and prepare the water feature for delivery.
Each remaining panel, support, and access point is secured, ensuring the crate is durable, reusable, and easy to handle. Designed specifically for tradeshow use, it provides long-term protection while allowing for efficient setup and transport.
Once complete, the water feature is carefully loaded and secured inside, ready for shipment and installation.
From initial design to final delivery, this series highlights the full process of building a custom water feature—combining precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail every step of the way.

Custom Tradeshow Crate Assembly | Built for Reuse (Part 9)
With all components cut, assembly of the custom tradeshow crate begins.
Designed for repeated use, this crate is built to handle the demands of shipping, setup, and teardown in a tradeshow environment. Each panel and structural element is carefully aligned and secured to ensure strength, durability, and a precise fit.
Reinforcements are added at key stress points, and custom padded, carpeted compartments are built for each component—keeping everything protected, organized, and easy to access.
This is the first stage of crate assembly, with more components and finishing steps still to come.

Designing & Cutting a Custom Tradeshow Crate | CNC Process (Part 8)
With the water feature complete, we move on to building a custom tradeshow crate.
Unlike a standard shipping crate, this design is built for repeated use—engineered to handle the demands of transport, setup, and teardown in a tradeshow environment.
We begin with a 3D design of the crate, followed by drawing and nesting each plywood component for efficient production. Once finalized, the files are sent to our CNC router—the same machine used earlier in the process—to precisely cut all parts for the crate.
This level of planning ensures every component fits together accurately and performs reliably through multiple uses.
