İştirakleri UP, Maya, 3dots gibi şirketler aracılığıyla medya planlama hizmeti veriyor. Sanırım UP çatısı altında sadece veri analitiği hizmeti sundukları bir girişimleri de var (Digdata), ben bunu yeni öğrendim. Dileyen bu linkten inceleyebilir: digdata.com.tr/ Halka açık kaynaklardan gözlemleyebildiğim kadarıyla şirketin müşterileri arasında Hepsiburada, Opet, İpekyol, Starbucks, Stellantis grubu otomotiv şirketleri (Opel, Jeep vs.) gibi şirketler var. CEO Banun Erkıran Çıtak Hanım oldukça tecrübeli bir yönetici ve Reklamcılar Derneği başkanı. Kendisinin hissede  civarı sahipliği var, CEO sahipliği iyi bir sinyal. Hakim ortak ise İlbak Holding. Şirketin bilançosu da gelir tablosu da oldukça basit. Asset-light diyebileceğimiz bir yapısı var: bilançosunda şerefiye dışında neredeyse hiçbir operasyonel varlığı yok. Dönen varlıkları çoğunlukla ticari alacaklar, nakit ve peşin ödenmiş giderler. Duran varlıkları ise biraz ilginç. Şirket İlbak Holding'den alacaklarına karşılık Tuzla'da bir fabrika binasına sahip. Bir kısmını bir başka grup şirketi, bir kısmını Reis Makina isimli bir şirket kiralıyor. Kira tutarları yeni güncellendi ve çeyreklik yaklaşık 15 milyon lira getiriyor. Bilançoda 677 milyon lira olarak taşınan bu varlığın değerlemesi bence makul. Dönen varlıklar ve fabrika binası toplamı yaklaşık 3.5 milyar lira ediyor. Toplam yükümlülükler ise 2.25 milyar lira civarı. Yani reklamcılık operasyonu hariç zaten 1.25 milyarlık bir değeri var. Operasyonların değerlemesi biraz daha zor. Şirket 2025'te çok iyi bir yıl geçirdi ve çeyreklik istikrarlı bir şekilde 150 milyon lira faaliyet kârı üretti. 500-600 milyon lira arası senelik faaliyet kârı üreten, üstüne 1.25 milyar lira hazır değeri olan bir şirketin piyasa değeri 2.4 milyar lirayı geçer diye düşünüyorum. Bu arada piyasa değeri 2.5 milyarın üzerinde görülebilir ama şirket 5,100,000 payı bu yıl geri aldı, hisse sayısını ona göre düzelttiğimizde yaklaşık 2.4 milyar liralık bir piyasa değeri var.

Another great article about the 2024 Global Traffic Scorecard, this time from @Newsweek . "The data shows a trend with an economic boom that cities and towns have been experiencing since reopening after the COVID-19 pandemic. While the United States traffic levels are still behind 2020, a return to work and new events and businesses have re-energized downtown trips throughout the country." INRIX transportation analyst @BobPishue added, "[Traffic] is kind of a double-edged sword. I like to see people taking trips, to do things that they want to do, to see business conducted, to see electricians going out and fixing buildings and homes.
