A powerful video by Philip Anthony Mitchell is resonating deeply with many believers online. In the video, he addresses the audience, emphasizing how growth in Christ equips Christians to handle both the joys and hardships of life with grace. “Your maturity in Christ will teach you how to live well and suffer well,” he states. He speaks about enduring affliction, maintaining faith through trials, and trusting God’s timing. The message highlights a core Christian teaching: true spiritual maturity is revealed not only in seasons of blessing but especially in seasons of suffering. The clip has sparked encouragement and reflection among viewers seeking deeper discipleship.

National Socialists are literally people who put their race/nation first and who made it possible for their people to live a dignified life. Who in their right mind opposes National Socialism?

As a parent, do not be socially distant from your children, for meaningful guidance, love, and discipleship are built through spending intentional time with them, not from afar. #IsAnythingTooHardForTheLord #sermonrecap #citamvalleyroad

“discipleship isn’t just about what we teach-it’s also about how we deliver it.” — The AI-Powered Church by Anthony Hunt

No Fault Divorce and liberal access to it creates women who have constant neuroticism (i.e. paranoid delusions countervalent to Metanoia in discipleship) over the fear of being redeemable by their father and their father's family members.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 • Discipleship—Believers measure success by fidelity, not applause. Earthly recognition may come, but it is never the goal (Galatians 1:10). • Worship—Public recounting of “glorious things” the Lord does (Luke 13:17) nurtures congregational joy and bears witness to outsiders. • Sanctification—Pastors shepherd the flock toward the “glorious church” of Ephesians 5:27, teaching holiness as preparation for the marriage supper of the Lamb. • Suffering—When dishonor accompanies obedience, 1 Corinthians 4:10 reassures servants of Christ that present shame can coexist with—indeed often anticipates—future honor (1 Peter 4:14).

I've heard this exact thing in response to every situation facing the church for 20 years. Evangelizing doesn't solve every problem. It's a perfect example of Maslow's hammer. Discipleship, families, & political engagement completely ignored if not in word in deed.
I left Orlando with a simple thought: The SBC is at its best when we’re talking about reaching the lost, planting churches, sending missionaries, training leaders, and seeing people baptized. For those wondering, I voted no—not because I reject complementarianism or male eldership, but because I believe our confession already addresses the issue, our processes already enforce it, I think clarity should actually clarify, and our cooperative mission is too important to continually make this our loudest conversation. I believe in male eldership. I believe our confession already says so. I believe our churches know it. And I believe our cooperative mission is too important to allow secondary fights to become primary conversations. The world is too lost. The gospel is too good. The mission is too urgent. Let’s get back to reaching people with Jesus. #SBC26

🥊 MAKING ROOM FOR THE OVERFLOW 🥊 This weekend, our team came together for a gym clean-up day. To some, it may have looked like we were simply cleaning floors, organizing equipment, painting, and throwing away old items. But what we were doing was much deeper than that. The gym was functioning before. Athletes were training before. Lives were being changed before. People were finding community before. The Gospel was being preached before. But there was still hidden capacity that could only be accessed through stewardship. Throughout Scripture, God often required preparation before increase. In 2 Kings 4, the prophet Elisha instructed a widow to gather empty vessels. The miracle was not limited by God’s supply. It was limited by the available vessels. When the vessels ran out, the oil stopped. That principle challenged me this weekend. How often do we ask God for increase while failing to prepare for it? We pray for growth but don’t make room for it. We pray for blessing but don’t steward what we already have. We pray for more while neglecting what God has already placed in our hands. As we cleaned, organized, painted, repaired, and improved the gym, we were making a declaration: “Lord, we are preparing more vessels.” Not just physical space, but capacity. Capacity for more athletes. Capacity for more families. Capacity for more volunteers. Capacity for more leaders. Capacity for more outreach. Capacity for more discipleship. Capacity for more salvations. Capacity for greater Kingdom impact. This gym is more than a building. It is a tool God has entrusted to us. It is a place where discipline is taught, purpose is discovered, character is developed, and lives are transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus taught that whoever is faithful with little will also be faithful with much. Stewardship always precedes increase. The oil stopped when there were no more vessels. At Lou’s Community Boxing, we believe there is more ahead. So we are making room for the overflow. Not because we worship a building, but because we honor the One who entrusted it to us. May God find us faithful with what is in our hands today, so that we are prepared for what He desires to place in our hands tomorrow. 🔥 “To whom much is given, much will be required.” 🔥 @JDShuttlesworth @russellbjohnson RTGP #revival #MakingRoomForTheOverflow #Stewardship #Faithfulness #LousCommunityBoxing #KingdomImpact #Community #Discipleship #JesusChrist
