The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) has just graduated the second cohort of the Employability Support Project, a partnership between it and King’s Trust International (KTI), UK. Over six weeks of intensive training and a 12-week internship, these young people gained industry-ready skills in: → Ready-to-Wear Garment Making → Baking Craft → Electrical & Solar Installation → Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) → Hotel Management & Catering → Digital Marketing & CRM → Office Administration & Inventory Management Delivered in partnership with Field of Skills and Dreams (FSD) and the Centre for Values in Leadership (CVL), the “Get Into” Programme is more than training — it’s a pathway to economic independence. This is what it looks like when Lagos State Government and global partners come together to build a workforce for the future.
