@laurast51362949 Sorry to hear. 🫂 Yes eggs are easily digested. Beef is loaded with nutrition, as are eggs, butter, salt, water. These are my core foods daily.

For the majority of last year I was on
liondiet.com (steak/water/salt only) and after my kidneys stabilized latter 2024, I switched to a more flexible animal-based diet (
#carnivore) for more variety and added eggs, butter, ground beef and sausage back to my diet. This year, I added cheese and occasional cream and salmon.

My goal was to avoid dialysis/hemodialysis, so I did tons of research. My GP did not tell me 5 yrs ago I had chronic kidney disease after shingles/Covid-19. I was diagnosed 3 years later in the hospital and by then was extremely ill and had end-stage kidney failure with only 13% kidney function.
It became my mission to stop
#ESKD from progressing. My kidneys have stabilized over the past 8 months and in the process, several of my 75 longCovid symptoms have reduced or vanished. I also introduced supplements to my daily regimen over the past 5 years, which have helped. You will find information regarding a few under Highlights here in my X feed.
Now focused on rebuilding my immune system, which has kept me housebound since 2020. Expanding my diet again this month with the addition of organic berries daily. When I add anything new to my diet, I allow it 30-90 days so I know for sure whether it works/or not, for me. Everyone is unique.
