To be honest, walking into the event, I had no idea what to expect. Banking often talks about innovation, and thereās a notion that AI adoption can be slow.
But what I saw at the conference was different. Marketers are ready, even hungry, for AI-driven solutions that actually move the needle on growth.
At our booth, we showed how Fibrās āURL-as-an-Agentā model turns a static website into a living, adaptive channel. Instead of treating every visitor the same, the website learns and personalizes in real time, just like a campaign does. The response was encouraging. People recognized the gap between highly targeted ads and one-size-fits-all landing pages, and they wanted to fix it.
Here are three things I took away from the conversations:
⤠AI in banking is here. It is no longer hype or a future promise. It is happening now.
⤠Personalization is a priority. Customer experience is the new growth battlefield.
⤠ROI is non-negotiable. Teams want AI that can plug in today and show results tomorrow.
To me, this conference was all about connecting with marketers who are wrestling with the same questions: How do we grow in a competitive, regulated market? How do we make digital feel personal again?
I left New Orleans with optimism. Banks are ready to rethink their digital experiences, and I am proud that Fibr AI is part of that shift.
