When clerk's office is closed, no one is there to place a "filed" stamp on a new document. But the lawyers still have three ways of submitting a document: efile, email directly to the judge in some cases, hand deliver directly to the judge in some cases. Filestamp will follow.

You'd file it without a number. But then there'd be a filestamp on it. I doubt Percy and Screech are desperate enough to fake an entire affidavit. I'm just amused at the things they intentionally leave out so they've got something for another show

I somehow thought the date was September 30th... Or actually October 1st but the filestamp was changed to the night before. Does anyone recall this?
