🚢 NPM packages got y’all wild so here’s a PSA from real life: Had to pull data off a 386 with a dead floppy, so I rigged two Cisco rollover cables USB-serial to link it to a Win10 laptop. Windows 3.1 Terminal did the whole transfer using 61 KB of RAM. Windows 10 Terminal doing the same job used 67 MB.
