Generation X: The Forgotten Generation that refuses to be ignored. 👊 Smaller than the Boomers before us and the Millennials/Gen Z after us… yet we’ve been punching way above our weight class the entire time. We gave the world the founders (or co-founders) of Google, YouTube, Twitter/X, Dell, Microsoft, Palantir, and PayPal. Elon Musk, Satya Nadella, Sundar Pichai, and Lisa Su are all Xers. Right now we control over $46 trillion (26.4%) of U.S. wealth — second only to the Baby Boomers. This is in spite of getting hit harder than most by the ’90s recession, the dotcom crash, and the Global Financial Crisis. We’re the original Sandwich Generation, simultaneously raising kids, caring for aging parents, and still grinding careers. Forgotten? Maybe in name. Irrelevant? Not even close. We’re the quiet backbone holding a lot of this economy together — in tech, business, spending power, and sheer staying power. Respect to every Xer still out here making it happen. 🔥🫡🇺🇸 #GenX #GenerationX #ForgottenGeneration

I'm so tired of the "millenials are having to take care of their boomer parents" posts. Cry me a river. #GenX is taking care of our boomer parents, our Gen X selves, our millenial children, and our Gen Z grandchildren. We'll literally NEVER get to retire. #ForgottenGeneration

The Cry of Our Girls!!! For five years, we have been watching from behind the window. But the world has been so busy that it didn’t realize our generation is slowly drifting away from its dreams. We are still standing behind that same door, with worn-out bags and hearts full of hope. If only one day they would return and see that we are still waiting. #GirlsOfAfghanistan #EducationIsARight #OpenTheSchools #ForgottenGeneration #IAmAStudentAfghanistan

"The hill is high, but their dreams are higher.” Three little souls stand on the edge of a refugee camp, looking over a sea of tin roofs and dust, the only world they’ve ever known. No toys, no classrooms, no homeland, yet their eyes still hold hope. Hope that one day they will walk freely on their own soil, in peace, without fences or fear. Each of these children was born after the fires, after the exile, their first lullabies were cries of displacement. They do not remember their villages, but they remember stories of them whispered by their mothers every night. Behind their silence lies a question the world still cannot answer: “How long will innocence live in exile?” Let this image remind us that every statistic has a heartbeat, every refugee child has a story, and every day we stay silent, another childhood fades behind broken promise of Justice . #Rohingya #RefugeeChildren #HopeInExile #ForgottenGeneration #HumanityFirst #SaveRohingya #ChildrenOfArakan
