Don't know what dumbfuck pills you're on... But to buy a gun you need ID If you didn't need ID...you're probably a criminal Personally I think every voter should pass a Form4473 to register to vote. If you can require it for our most sacred fundamental Right, we can to vote

Matt, this is how the FedGov categorizes people. Hispanic is an ethnicity, you’re either Hispanic or not Hispanic. Race is black, white, Asian/pacific islander, or Native American There are white hispanics, like most Colombians. There are black Hispanics, like many from Dominican Republic Look at a form4473, the one use for firearm background checks, the Hispanic ethnicity question is completely separate from race.

Red flag laws circumvent the substantive due process of civil commitment processes ... well, unless you live in Oregon. Oregonians must now worry about being red flagged OR civilly committed based on vague information and a substantially expanded definition of "dangerousness." The irony: It seems that, now, it may be easier to civilly commit someone than it is to red flag gun owners. Perhaps we will just see more gun owners being civilly committed because they are suggested to be a danger to the "community at large" at some point "in the near future," rather than more Oregonians receiving ERPOs? The difference between the two, however, is significant: 1. Red flag laws are in place for the sole purpose of infringing on the rights of an entire class of people without substantive due process and by confiscating private property without reimbursement, all because they are gun owners. No other group of people is impacted by ERPOs. One would think this is a clear 14th Amendment violation. 2. Civil commitment has more than 60 years of constitutional precedent requiring substantive due process and a relatively high threshold of evidence to infringe on people's right to be free from involuntary confinement. However, IF one is civilly committed and later released, some of their constitionally protected rights can continue to be infringed upon for the rest of their lives --- for example, their 2A protected rights. So it seems that by Oregon expanding its civil commitment procedural thresholds and evidence standards, it may have also opened up the door to simply involuntary confine gun owners with much less effort while also making them a prohibited person all at the same time. #RedFlagLaws #Unconstitutional #14thAmendment #CivilCommitment #Form4473 #MentalIllnessStigma

Nevada has Red Flag Laws specifically designed to keep firearms out of the hands of people with mental health problems. Hunter lied about using drugs on the form4473. That's not going to be in the system and it's not even comparable to someone with documented mental issues. DUH

Do you mean ILLEGAL Guns for Felons?? Because Felons DO NOT go to a Gun Store and fill up a Form4473 and go through an NICS Check... I'm almost positive about that!!

Make it make sense. Also, does this mean background checks are discriminatory? #Form4473
The Biden administration is suing Sheetz for discriminating against minorities. The reason? The company requires all the applicants to first pass a criminal record background check. You are now required to hire criminals.

Instead of ignorantly running your mouth, you should do some actual research. You don't have to fill out a Form4473 to buy a cheeseburger. Try looking up what the causes of violence and suicide are.

Form4473 has no financial data so why does the IRS need them. This is step one to building an unconstitutional gun owner database.

The gun wasn't registered in California doesn't mean the federal form4473 can't be traced to the actual purchaser. And LAPD AND EVERY OTHER PD IN THE COUNTRY HAS THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO TRACE THE FIREARM.. so the narrative the firearm wasn't registered just means it wasn't in CA

Private sale/gifting of firearms is completely legal AFAIK **If we pass universal background checks, assuming no changes to ATF form4473, then medical patients will be ENTIRELY restricted from purchasing firearms**
