I have been asking for a supervisor for almost 2 weeks and no one is calling me back. Customer service seems to be non-existent.

@FreshDirect this week delivery was 1/2 hour past the window and missing an item that was a regular meal offering. Hitting new lows in service. And I asked for a follow so I could DM and no reply from you since 6/1.

I have emailed twice and both times got an error message back.

Even getting a FreshDirect delivery to your door around here is much different than driving to an exurban grocery store because one truck trip is supporting dozens of homes.

I have raised two kids in NYC. They’re 14 and 16 now. We use FreshDirect. They deliver to our door. It’s more convenient than driving a car, loading it and unloading it actually

I'm not single or childless, but again do whatever you want! My friends with multiple children often use some delivery service like FreshDirect which is even quicker than driving to a supermarket. To each their own.
