you are not doing that at all because there was no change of view or perspective on the specific body type of body ie "fat" on our societies as that was and still is the same view as it has been since the beginning. Body positivity promotes self acceptance; if that means they'll get there with GLPs then so be it.

Remember when Jelly Roll tried to convince everyone he didn’t use GLPs to lose all his weight? Mf said “nah man I stopped drinking soda” 😂😂😂😂😂😂

He’s had weightloss surgery and there are 3 different GLPs he has access to and he’s still massively large.

GLPs have allowed a saturation of acceptable wearage of hot yoga pants into the market.

Once you start researching peptides, 3 things will happen 1. It's a rabbit hole that will suck up your time 2. You'll be shocked at the overwhelmingly positive results of test subjects 3. You'll be shocked at the lack of large scale human trials Big pharma has 0 incentive to research, as they can all be compounded since they're amino chains. That's why Ely Lilly is trying to recategorize reta as a biologic - it's a $1T drug they've spent billions researching, but can't own the IP since it's easy to compound. It will be interesting to watch it all play out. What I do know is there are millions of "researchers" finding huge benefits in things like glps, bpc, etc., myself included. What I also know is not having large scale trials makes that risky.

GLPs expose vulnerable microbiomes well – I've seen many develop SIBO & pathogenic overgrowths due to slowed gastric emptying & poor motility effects

I would take KPV over BPC-157 and TB-500 any day. Here's my full masterclass on it. 03:24 What KPV actually is and where it comes from 05:34 NF-kappa B: the master inflammation switch KPV shuts off 07:54 Why KPV targets inflamed tissue and leaves healthy tissue alone 11:48 Who benefits: IBD, Crohn's, ulcerative colitis 12:56 Breaking the BPC and TB-500 plateau 14:02 Autoimmune, skin conditions and MCAS 15:42 Dosing Tier 1: 250mcg 16:54 Dosing Tier 2: 500mcg for active healing 17:16 Dosing Tier 3: 1mg for severe inflammation 26:56 Sequencing: calm the fire before you rebuild 31:36 Stacking with BPC-157, TB-500, LL-37 and GLPs 40:34 Long COVID and MCAS 43:20 KPV is the peptide that calms the room

Media selling weight loss drugs. GLPs lower your hunger and slow your digestion so you eat less and lose weight. If you're obese and you lose weight, your health improves.

GLPs produce health (well weight loss but to many they're the same)

$HIMS 🚨 JONAH LUPTON ON PEPTIDES GLOBAL MARKET SIZE BY 2030 GLPs: - 120-150M people - $200-300B revenues Non-GLPs: - 40-60M people - $50-80B revenues Assume the U.S. accounts for 60% of global users & revenues 🇺🇸 If $HIMS captures just 5% market share... then 2030 revenues *from just peptides* (GLPs non-GLPs): = $13-19 BILLION 🤯
I think Canaccord's estimates will end up being too conservative but it's still early with non-GLP peptides so I think they were right to start lower with expectations. Here are my global estimates for peptides in 2030... GLPs: 120-150M people $200-300B revenues Non-GLPs: 40-60M people $50-80B revenues I would assume at least 60% of global users and revenues would be coming from the U.S. These are big numbers and it's certainly possible I'm being too bullish however if these numbers are reached, I think $HIMS can grab at least 4-5% market share which puts 2030 revenues from just peptides at $10B on the low end and $19B on the high end. Keep in mind we still don't know the economics on peptides for $HIMS -- what % of the revenues for branded GLPs are they keeping? and what will the margins be on non-GLP peptides once they're able to start compounding and selling in the second half of this year. I met up with a couple friends yesterday in Boston and they all want to talk about peptides. They're not using them yet but they're starting to do research and talk to people with experience/opinions to share. NFA. DYOR. *We own $HIMS at @FirstWaveFund

Writing a piece about GLPs right now, and stumbled on this gem: "It is time for us to shift away from weight-centric thinking and to move forward in the Healthy At Every Size framework emphasizing body positivity, all-around health, and well-being." These people are insane.

Went from 130kg to 100kg since last week of Jan to now with 3 weeks of complete diet break No glp What’s stopping you without the GLP? Meticulous calorie tracking Great protein intake Making sure I nail atleast 10k steps a day Lifting 3-4 times a week Drinking lots of water Reducing stress/managing it better Great sleep That is all you need to do (with or without GLPs)

I actually agree with every word you said here. I guess if I wanted to rephrase this, it would be for the portion of people in the “kinda already lost the weight but still shitty metabolic health, who are having to run high doses of pretty much every peptide to “feel anything”- and not just GLPs but like even mito peps or anything really, not legitimately obese from the start people.

We can see that GLPs make people not want *food*, so I can certainly believe that an endocrine disruption could do the same for sex.

Picture on the left I was shredded. Also miserable as fuck. Low calories, double 45 minute cardio sessions every day, tracking every calorie, carb, fat, and even sodium that went into my body. No energy. No libido. Food was on my mind 24/7. Life basically revolved around staying lean. But hey at least I was natural right? 😂 Picture on the right I’m almost just as shredded. I eat pizza and wings on the weekends. I do cardio whenever I feel like it. I lift heavy and track my protein. That’s about it. I have energy to run my business, energy for my relationship, libido is back, and I actually enjoy life while staying lean. The only difference is retatrutide. People can hate on GLPs all they want but I genuinely think they’re a cheat code. I also think the whole obsession with being “natural” is weird. People used to say protein powder was unnatural. People said creatine was unnatural. Now everybody and their mom takes it. I don’t get extra points for suffering. If I can stay leaner, feel better, have more energy, and enjoy my life more… why the fuck wouldn’t I?
