GBU-39 is working fine, as is JDAM-ER...like AASM it works close to the front...so opportunity for GPS jamming effect is very limited. One of the issue with GLSDB was lack of M-code and long time of flight for targets 100km behind the lines, allowing errors to stack up....

Mid-strike drones have a range up to 300 km. Surely they can highlight a target for GLSDB before hitting it themselves. One time use of laser target designators is worrying, they are not that cheap, but there are many ways to fix it.

Unless EW effects extended into Ukrainian territory which is possible with powerful jammers. AASM Hammers are more expensive than (GL)SDB’s and are more resilient against EW. At this point Ukraine has FP-2’s so there isn’t really a use for GLSDB anymore anyways.

There are videos of glsdb test launches from more than 10 years ago. Not accounting for GPS jamming is on the manufacturers.

Glide bombs target areas on or near the frontline, there may not be EW nearby and the flight time is shorter. When GPS gets jammed they shift to INS which becomes more inaccurate over distance. GLSDB strike targets further behind the frontline so are impacted more.

Worth pointing out that while GLSDB isn't performing that well, the regular air launched GBU-39 is being used quite a lot by the UAF.
