in 2019 @ICOnews found the @metpoliceuk guilty of breaking the #HumanRights of the vast majority of young black people whose name appeared in the racist database #GangMatrix They put them under special measures in 2019 - the @EHRC chose to ignore this fact! They're racist too >>>

The #GangMatrix is a "tool" used by the police to stigmatise young Black men for things such as their musical taste, & what they post on social media.
The "tool" disproportionately targets Black people - and requires scant evidence for a person to be added, with little oversight
