GuardTop is back @ @McfarlandHigh 10/22 & 23 to apply a 2nd & 3rd coat of #CoolSeal to our Courtyard. Security fencing will be in place for student safety. CoolSeal lowered Courtyard temps by 20 degrees vs the black asphalt on Sherwood Ave this summer. 🐾❄️

We're excited to test the #GuardTop CoolSeal at @McfarlandHigh on Thurs, 9/20. Our 1st application cracked badly. Hope the new batch of #CoolSeal does the trick! Temperatures averaged 20-degrees cooler on the new surface vs. the blacktop on Frontage Road this summer!
